At Co-Op Superstores by Dairygold, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags or manuals. Perishable goods and customized farm supplies are generally excluded from our standard return policy.

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include your proof of purchase. We recommend using a tracked courier service as Co-Op Superstores is not responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange an exchange within 5-7 business days.
